So it's been over a year! How terrible. I'm sorry, you probably forgot I was even in your feed.
Recently I made a tumblr to house all of my scribbles and sketches for when I go out drawing with friends.
Theme: Red Sonja - Model: Stacy Walker - Date:6Sept12
...I'm back :D
Had a wonderful two month adventure in New York finishing up Superjail!. I'm incredibly glad to be back home in LA. But I can't lie I miss NY, they use it SO MUCH in movies and TV ads, it's not even fair. I can't even express how much I missed the Drawing Club though!!! Bob you're the best!
This is my wonderful friend and coworker Zoë Moss. My original intent was for this to be done with watercolor - but as you can see that didn't happen. It has been too long since I've drawn like this. I
got so absorbed and so far along sketching I forgot I even brought colors. So now its a drawing! Forgot how incredibly relaxing and a lot of fun this type of drawing can be.
Thanks so much Zoë for being our awesome model!!!
(sorry for the weird edges had to photomerge)

Got an e-mail at work a couple weeks back, asking if any of us would be interested in helping out Megabolt ( http://megabolt.org/ ). The goal being to do a doodle or two in a sketchbook to send out to kids in hospital. How could I NOT volunteer? Since the turn around was quite quick 2 sounded perfect - not slacking, and not over committing. I just hope these little guys find their way and bring a smile to some little boy or girl who could use the good cheer, and positive message.
Thanks goes to Dan O'Connor for putting everything together! I couldn't think of a better reason to sketch
No you're not on acid... my palette just threw up on this sketch. This is from this past Thursday's Drawing Club. Hope to post another sketch from this theme soon - colored or not - hopefully color. Just needed to get something new on here.
