Drawing Club: Gangster's Girlfriend

The amazing Sara Streeter was our model tonight. Decided to change it up a bit tonight with some pencil. Also tried out some pastels a friend recently gave me (thanks Scott!). Normally I'm horrible at pastel, but this time they worked out. And of course my tried and true markers. :]

Great Character work Kendra. I for one can say that Pastels is not my forte but you did a good job with them for not using them much. Love the looseness of your pencil work on this set.

Lesley: Thanks!

Pablo: Thanks hopefully I'll start playing with pencil a little more for these. Pastels are SOOOoo complicated, and to top it off I had a pretty limited set.

Tobias: Thanks for stopping by :]

Marcelo: Thanks, she was fabulous. we're having a themed pose in David's Class this Wednesday and its rumored to be Sara, so I'm super excited.

Francis: Aw, thanks a lot, I really appreciate the kind words :] It's nice to know when others can see noticeable improvements. Especially since I've been working my butt off trying to get my drawing skills up to par. Students of Art for life! You're tearing up that ink work yourself, beautiful stuff.
